44th BCS Preliminary Exam 2022: The government has appointed a total of 124 officers of the BCS administration cadre as magistrates to conduct mobile courts for the 44th BCS Preli Exam 2022.
The Ministry of Public Administration on Thursday (April 26, 2022) issued a notification to these officers with the powers of an executive magistrate in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898. The MCQ Type 44th BCS Preliminary Examination will be held on 27th May this year.
According to the circular, the 44th BCS Preli Exam 2022 will be held on May 26 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM noon at 114 centers in Dhaka. There will be one magistrate in each exam center to maintain law and order inside and outside of the examination center during the exam.
In addition, 10 magistrates have been appointed in the control room of the Public Service Commission Secretariat.
The notification directed the magistrates to attend the briefing seminar to be held at the Public Service Commission (PSC) on May 10, 2022, at 10:00 AM. They are directed to report to the PSC office on May 27, 2022, at 4.30 PM.
