You will get a PIN Number after sending the above message. This pin is required to pay the application fee. Keep the application fee on your phone and send the following message.

2nd SMS: Go to the mobile message option like the previous message.

GSA<space>YES<space>PIN and Send to 16222

Example: GSA YES 55146545 and Send to 16222

Finally, a confirmation message will enter on your phone from 16222 when your application is completed successfully. Once it is successful, you will get “User ID and Password” from the reply message. Now save the message on your phone. You may take a screenshot of it. Because it is necessary for further steps.
