BPL 2022 Schedule: After a long break, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) going to start the 8th edition of BPL on January 21, 2022. BCB has been issued the schedule on January 12, 2022. The first match of the season will start between Chattogram Challengers and Fortune Barishal at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

The eighth season of BPL going to take place on January 21, 2022, after a long gap from March 2021. This is really a big announcement for Cricket Lovers. However, lakhs of fans are searching online to get the BPL Match Schedule, Venue, Team Squad, and more.

BPL 2022 Schedule: Official News Update

As we might know, the 8th season of BPL 2021-22 is scheduled to start from March 2021 which is named Bangladesh Premier League to Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League T20. Unfortunately, BCB has postponed the tournament due to Covid-19. Later, the authority announced the new date on December 2021.

As per BPL 2022 Schedule, the tournament going to take place on January 21, 2022. Chattogram Challengers will face Fortune Barishal as an opening match of this season. The final match will take place on February 18, 2022, if there is no unexpected reason that comes from the Pandemic.

Eight Edition BPL 2022 Schedule: Full Date and Time

Bangladeshi Cricket Fans are eagerly waiting for that season which is postponed last year due to the Covid-19 issue. After that, in December 2021, BCB take the decision to reschedule the tournament with all six teams were announced.

The 8th edition of BPL will be held at three different venues this year. Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram, Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka, and Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.

The whole tournament will complete within 6 phases on these venues. Two matches will be played every day.

1st Phase Schedule

As per the BCB announcement, the 1st phase matches will be played at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka. Total 8th matches will be held at this stadium according to BPL 2022 Schedule. Chattogram Challengers (CC) will face Fortune Barishal (FB) as the opening match of this season. The schedule mentioned below;

2nd Phase Schedule

All the matches of the 2nd phase will be held at Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. In this stadium, a total of 8 matches will be played which is similar to 1st Phase. The first match will start at 01:30 PM and the 2nd match will start at 06:30 PM as per the official schedule.

3rd Phase (Dhaka)

4th Phase: Venue Sylhet

5th Phase, Venue Dhaka

Knockout Stages, Venue Dhaka
