BRAC University is ranked 50th in the world ranking

Times Higher Education (THE) University Impact Rankings 2022, BRAC University is among the top 50 universities in the world for achieving the 2022 UN-declared SDG (Sustainable Development Goals).

In the overall ranking of the SDG – Sustainable Development Goals, BRAC University ranks first in Bangladesh and 301-400th globally.

The Times Higher Education University Impact Ranking 2022 was released on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in London, UK. In the ranking, BRAC University is in the list of top 200 universities in the world in terms of implementation of SDG 4 (Quality Education Assurance) and SDG 6 (Achieving Decent Job Opportunities and Economic Growth).

The Times Higher Education Global Impact Rankings assess social, economic, and environmental impacts in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The United Nations has adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aimed at eradicating world poverty, protecting the planet, and ensuring human peace and prosperity by 2030.
